Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Process payroll and manage employee claims
- Monitor financial performance and provide insightful reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA) is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full set accounting
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
