Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting on a monthly basis.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare bank reconciliations monthly.
- Support donor reporting and fund management requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
- Licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in non-profit or NGO accounting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Office (Advanced Excel skills required).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
