Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines, including GST, income tax, and other statutory requirements
- Support daily finance operations, including bank reconciliations, expense processing, and payroll coordination
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Maintain internal controls and implement best practices in financial operations
- Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audit processes
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full set accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
