Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage full-set accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth audit processes and tax filings.
- Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and banking reconciliations on a daily/weekly basis.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure accurate depreciation scheduling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a corporate accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations (SST/Income Tax).
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
