Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all accounting transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee tax preparation and ensure timely filing with the BIR and other local government units.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor and analyze department budgets and report on significant variances to management.
- Assist with external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for project planning and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; a CPA license is highly preferred for this role.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and internal collaboration.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics when handling sensitive financial information.
