Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports for management review.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure complete financial accuracy.
- Support statutory audits and collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, manage tax filings (GST/Corporate Tax), and oversee petty cash controls.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or CA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a corporate accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
