As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting, and tax compliance, providing key insights to support our strategic business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP.
- Execute bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including filing of VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support budget forecasting.
- Maintain internal controls and participate in periodic internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and improve financial documentation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with high attention to detail.
