Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting tasks including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of tax filings, including SST and corporate tax submissions.
- Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze retail store financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure statutory compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis against actual figures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or CIMA).
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in accounting, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and handle confidential financial data with integrity.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
