Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will take full ownership of the company's accounting operations. Your core responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive financial statements and reports, performing detailed variance analysis to support budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring full compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). You will also be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, overseeing both internal and external audits, and preparing accurate and timely tax submissions to IRAS.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyse financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Monitor and control cash flow, preparing cash flow forecasts and reports.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with IRAS regulations.
- Develop and maintain robust accounting policies and internal controls.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, SFRS, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external parties.
