As our Accountant, you will take full ownership of the daily accounting operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing the full set of accounts, from accounts payable and receivable to general ledger administration. You will lead the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Furthermore, you will prepare monthly financial statements, assist in budget preparation and variance analysis, and work closely with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and driven professional. You should possess a recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, paired with a professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience is required. Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is highly advantageous) and advanced Excel skills are essential for success in this role. You must also possess excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain the general ledger, including monthly journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset schedules.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing financial statements in accordance with SFRS.
- Assist in the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations (GST, Corporate Tax) and liaise with tax agents.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual statutory audits and regulatory filings.
- Support the regional finance team with ad-hoc financial projects and reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or MNC environment.
- Strong knowledge of SFRS, IFRS, and Singapore tax laws.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural setting.
