Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure comprehensive tax compliance, including SST submissions, corporate tax estimations, and liaising with tax agents on all matters.
- Develop, monitor, and analyse budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to drive financial efficiency and growth.
- Lead the coordination of external audits, providing all necessary documentation and ensuring timely resolution of audit queries.
- Process monthly payroll and all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) accurately and in full compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, mitigate risks, and uncover opportunities for cost optimisation and profitability improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the development or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount, SQL, or other ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, and Malaysian tax regulations (SST, Corporate Tax).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder management.
