Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory reporting requirements, including ACRA and IRAS guidelines in Singapore.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly management accounts to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
- Coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain the general ledger and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities found during the review process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
