- <ul><li>Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.</li><li>Conduct bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (GST, corporate tax) and statutory requirements.</li><li>Process payroll and expense claims accurately and on a timely basis.</li><li>Support external audit processes and prepare necessary documentation.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (2+ years) as an Accountant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Candidates residing in or near Jurong West will have an advantage.</li></ul>
