In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, taking ownership of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring smooth and accurate transaction processing. You will play a crucial part in financial reporting and consolidation, providing key insights to management. Furthermore, your expertise will be vital in managing GST and tax reporting, monitoring cash flow, and supporting internal and external audits.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and handle group consolidation.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations by managing GST and corporate tax reporting.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow to maintain optimal company liquidity.
- Coordinate and assist with both internal and external audits.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive finance process improvements utilizing AI and Visual Basic (VB).
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and safekeeping of all financial transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Proven working experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Solid understanding of AR/AP, financial reporting, and financial consolidation.
- Familiarity with local GST and corporate tax regulations.
- Experience or strong interest in using AI tools and Visual Basic (VB) for process automation.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and standard accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
