Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee tax compliance filings and regulatory documentation
- Conduct budget variance analysis and financial forecasting
- Support internal audits and maintain financial controls
- Assist in developing financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills in both English and Indonesian
