Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and transaction documentation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following Indonesian accounting standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely vendor payments
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and internal audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or medical industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a startup environment
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/PA) is preferred
