Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh and PPN reporting.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in the transport or logistics industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
