Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and international accounting standards
- Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and subsidiary ledgers
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate with school leadership on financial planning and strategic initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in educational institutions or NGOs
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax codes and international accounting standards
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international school operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
