Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure full compliance with BIR regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to monitor budget variance and operational spending.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial reports.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate accounting or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Taxation Laws and GAAP/IFRS principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multinational team environment.
