Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to identify and resolve accounting issues with strategic financial insight.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal accounting policies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial audits, and ad-hoc financial analysis for management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or MYOB) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and operational teams.
- Proven track record of streamlining processes and improving financial reporting workflows.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
