We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team in Surabaya. In this critical role, you will manage our company's financial health through accurate bookkeeping, compliance, and strategic financial planning. You'll work closely with department heads to optimize financial operations while maintaining strict adherence to Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. As our Accountant, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly/quarterly reports, and ensuring timely tax filings. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing deadlines
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Assist in budget preparation and variance reporting
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Implement financial controls and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
- Advanced MS Excel skills with pivot tables/v-lookups
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
