Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate accounting records in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage the daily filing system to ensure all financial documents are organized, retrievable, and secure.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track expenditures and verify financial documentation.
- Support management in auditing procedures and taxation filing compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., LCCI, ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS) is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
