Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Process payroll accurately and maintain employee compensation records
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and subsidiary ledgers
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
- Implement and improve accounting systems and processes
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional certification like ACCA/MICPA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Malaysian context
- Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tax laws and EPF/SOCSO regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
