Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities for multiple business entities.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, specifically GST filings and reporting.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth year-end audits and internal reviews.
- Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processing.
- Support the finance manager in month-end closing procedures and financial analysis.
- Maintain internal financial controls and ensure documentation meets global corporate standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or ACCA/CA equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate accounting, preferably within a multi-entity environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore FRS and GST tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or MYOB) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex reconciliation tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Proactive communication skills, with the ability to liaise across global business units.
