Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure strict compliance with BIR regulations.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of all financial data.
- Monitor operational expenses and provide regular reports to identify variances.
- Assist in the annual audit process and provide requested documentation in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate setting.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or currently a CPA Reviewer.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, financial reporting standards, and payroll processing.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
