Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Develop and implement efficient financial systems and process improvements
- Assist in external audits and provide necessary documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA certification preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
