We’re seeking an Accountant to join the Corporate team. This busy, hands-on role will be a key part of the regional Finance team and offers a range of opportunities for professional growth and development. As an integral member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
In this dynamic position, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end close processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with the regional finance leadership to provide insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures in accordance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and variance analyses for management.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in the annual audit process and prepare necessary schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting or a related role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
