Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.
- Participate actively in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of regional financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact regional finance projects and process improvements.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company accounting policies.
- Support statutory reporting requirements and liaise with internal/external auditors as needed.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within a multinational company.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Solid understanding of IFRS and local taxation regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and meet tight deadlines.
