Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate analysis and commentary
- Conduct bank reconciliations, variance analysis, and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows and reduce operational costs
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial modeling for strategic planning
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews and ensure timely submission of regulatory reports
- Maintain robust internal controls and documentation for audit readiness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional certification (ACCA, CA, CPA)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax legislation
- Proven track record in process optimization and financial analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
