Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure accurate financial records.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring strict adherence to labor laws.
- Prepare and file tax returns with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and ensure full compliance with tax regulations.
- Oversee fleet-related administrative operations, including vehicle logs, maintenance tracking, and fuel expense management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in budget preparation and perform variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems for all financial documents and contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll, or taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and BIR tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ethical judgment and ability to handle sensitive financial information with absolute confidentiality.
- Valid Driver’s License is an advantage due to the fleet-related duties.
