Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Support international financial activities including multi-currency transactions and cross-border accounting
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of international accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
