Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records, ledgers, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory documents and tax filings.
- Support the payroll process by verifying employee data and assisting with calculations.
- Assist in budget planning and expense monitoring to optimize company resources.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, GST regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
