Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records, ledgers, and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory documents and tax filings.
  • Support the payroll process by verifying employee data and assisting with calculations.
  • Assist in budget planning and expense monitoring to optimize company resources.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, GST regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
