Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately compute and manage revenue recognition and accounts receivable (A/R) processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate computation, declaration, and filing of various taxes (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax).
- Perform general ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Maintain proper and organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (PFRS/PAS) and BIR regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related financial field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (PFRS/PAS), and Philippine tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
