Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL) maintenance, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and Profit & Loss statements.
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and aging reports.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring timely vendor payments and accurate expense recording.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with strict deadlines.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow tracking remains precise.
- Assist in statutory audits, tax filings, and compliance with local financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in a full-set accounting role.
- Strong technical knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
