Pharma Dynamic Inc is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring full compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other government agency requirements. You will play a key role in monitoring daily cash inflows and expenditures, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and safeguarding the company's financial integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze financial statements, ledgers, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to BIR regulations and other government agency requirements.
- Monitor and record daily cash inflows and expenditures to maintain accurate cash flow statements.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports, including monthly and annual summaries.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other government submissions.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Perform internal audits and implement necessary controls to prevent financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation laws and BIR requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
