Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulations
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support management decision-making
- Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting processes
- Ensure tax compliance and prepare necessary documentation for audits
- Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze operational costs and optimize resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in healthcare or service industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders
