Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, financial audit requirements, and company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis to monitor financial health.
- Process payroll support and ensure accurate data entry into financial management systems.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes and future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in a multinational or corporate environment.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, or CFA qualifications are preferred).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professional integrity.
