Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Indonesian market
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive approach with ability to meet tight deadlines
