Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial reconciliation
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and issues
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Contribute to process improvements in financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license is preferred
- Proven experience in accounting or financial roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
