Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with IFRS and local regulations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles including invoice processing and payment scheduling
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and financial statement analysis
- Assist in internal/external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Support budget preparation and monitor financial performance against forecasts
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial processes
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in hospitality sector
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
