Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records, transactions, and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and expense reports
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate internal and external audits with minimal disruption
- Maintain financial data integrity in ERP systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Advanced skills in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CPA/AK) is advantageous
