Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and general ledger maintenance
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely tax compliance
- Manage accounts receivable/payable cycles and client invoicing
- Perform bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Support month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Implement and improve financial controls and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Singaporean CPA/ACCA qualification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
