As an Accountant at Pan Asian Holdings, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between raw financial data and meaningful business outcomes, contributing to the continued success and growth of our regional operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial statements.
- Prepare tax computations and ensure compliance with local tax regulations (GST/CIT).
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis to management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
