Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Manage financial reporting processes and ensure timely submission to management and stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Coordinate and assist with external audits and ensure compliance with tax requirements
- Develop and implement financial systems, processes, and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and working capital optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable
