Secureair Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team in Pasay City. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and government reporting requirements.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and financial audits.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be willing to work in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
