Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Provide financial insights and support to management for better decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
