Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure timely filing and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Execute bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for company operations.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and report on budgetary variances.
- Maintain and update financial records in the accounting software system with a high level of integrity.
- Assist management with financial forecasting and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- High attention to detail and ability to work with complex numerical data under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to task management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification (such as Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
