Mls Logistic Services Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our growing finance team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring compliance, and providing actionable insights to support our strategic growth.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the full set of accounts, manage month-end processes, and act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong analytical mindset to help optimize our cash flow and project accounting systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, providing insights to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and handle tax filing requirements.
- Support internal and external audit processes to ensure financial integrity.
- Monitor and analyze company cash flow to support operational requirements.
- Maintain project accounting records to track profitability and resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting) and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standards and local taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
