Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards and company policies
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA) preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Deep knowledge of Singapore accounting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
