Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and transactions in compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements including balance sheets and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely payment processing
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor actual performance against financial forecasts
- Support internal audits by providing documentation and financial analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial operations with business objectives
- Implement and improve financial controls to prevent discrepancies and fraud
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Demonstrated attention to detail with high accuracy in financial tasks
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to financial integrity
- Experience with operational reporting systems
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
